Author Guideline
1. The original typescript should be submitted
electronically in PostScript or PDF format with 5, up to 10 keywords to the
Editor-in-Chief. The submission should also include the corresponding author's
contact information such as email address, affiliation, etc.
2.
The authors will be required to prepare their final manuscripts using either
LATEX or WORD of the IEEE Transaction style file:
http://www.ieee.org/organizations/pubs/transactions/stylesheets.htm with some
very minor modifications. For LATEX, figures must be prepared in PostScript and
appropriately incorporated into the text.
3. Please send the
final ready files in a TAR or ZIP folder which contains all sources (latex,
figures and bibliography) together.
4. Papers should be limited
to approximately 15 pages. A complete typescript should include, in the
following order: title, author(s), address(es), abstract, keywords,
introduction, text (with tables, figure captions, figures), acknowledgments,
references and notes, biographical notes. At least 5 keywords are required.
